“Panalipod” (“protection”) underscores the crucial role of environmental human rights defenders in protecting the dignity and the rights of marginalized and indigenous peoples (IPs) in conjunction with protecting the environment.

Religiously monitors and disseminates information on the human rights situation in Mindanao by maintaining an accurate monitoring system, conducting workshops, seminars, and trainings, and producing materials that promote human rights education to combat malicious disinformation, harassment, and blacklisting that often lead to human rights violations.

Provides comprehensive support for environmental human rights defenders by facilitating assistance through legal defense initiatives, sanctuary programs, and other supportive measures with the help of lawyers, legal professionals, and experts.

Promotes the holistic well-being of environmental human rights defenders by developing public campaigns and organizing events that raise public awareness on the importance of human rights protection, mental health, and collective care.
